The Zen
Project Overview
The Zen weaves the Japandi design trend into the architecture of an A-frame. This design showcases the juxtaposition of Scandinavian clean lines and minimalism with Japanese wabi-sabi elements of natural materials and earthy tones. The staircase is made of 147 pieces of Ash plywood that were CNC machined and assembled on site.

Project Overview
Inspired by traditional European chateaus, the fireplace retains the look and feel of a wood-burning fireplace with the ease of gas. The surrounding wall was created with thick center-cut logs from the land. This unique raw-wood wall adds warmth, depth, and texture to this modern living room, and reflect the light of the floor-to-ceiling windows.
